Constructed of gilded brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath with scalloped edges, surrounding a central Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a cut out background, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 39. 56 mm (w) x 44. 60 mm (h), weighing 9. 1 grams, in near mint condition.
