This was a post WWI Veteran's organization, which was eventually absorbed into the Nationalsozialistische Reichskriegerbund (National Socialist Reich Warriors Association NS RKB) once the NSDAP had fully taken over. It is a slightly convex, stamped brass, two piece construction
