Ettore Germano, Barolo, Cerretta 2009 Rhone Blanc rose petal and graphite open92 CellarTracker I had this wine almost exactly five years ago (same restaurant) and gave it an 89. Happy to say that despite the age, it continues to evolve nicely and easily merits a 90+ score today. The color is still surprisingly dark, very little bricking at the rim. Nose is wonderful: charcoal, licorice, forest floor, all nicely restrained yet present. Tannins are still very much a factor here and probably one of the reasons the wine has aged so
